Housecall services are $80 for the first hour or portion, and $60/hour (prorated) for additional time. A $20 trip charge applies to Yarnell, Aguila, and Vulture. Housecalls on nights, weekends, or outside our normal service area are subject to an extra charge. Payment is due at the end of the visit.
Telephone and remote support are $30/hour, billed monthly. There are no subscription fees—you may use the service as much or as little as you choose. In any month in which the service is used, there will be a $15 minimum billing.
Shop service is $40/hour with a $20 minimum, for time spent in active work on your machine. We do not bill for time when your machine is installing a new OS, copying or backing up files, or running automated tests—only for when it or you require our personal attention. Shop visits by appointment.
Parts and supplies are purchased at retail and rebilled to you at that price. We provide consulting and repair services only— we are not a retailer of Macintosh hardware or software.
